Greco Aluminum Railings Awarded Luxury Residential Tower in San Diego, CA
TAMPA, Fla. – (April 26, 2017) – Greco Aluminum Railings (Greco), a leading manufacturer of high-quality engineered railing and safety systems for multi-family and commercial structures in the United States and Canada, has recently been awarded the exterior railing package for the K1 Luxury Residential Tower in San Diego, CA.
According to Business Wire, The Richman Group of California Development Company has broken ground on K1, a 23-story mixed-use apartment tower that features 222 apartments, 7,000 square feet of commercial space and an adjoining mixed-use, low-rise annex designed by architects DesignARC LA, Inc., Executive Architect, Large Architecture of Los Angeles, [LRG] Architecture-Interiors, and famed library architect Rob Wellington Quigley, FAIA. The General Contractor is Level 10 Construction of San Diego.
ACS Railings of San Diego will be serving as distributor and providing installation services for this prestigious project. Greco will be fabricating and supplying 5,552 lf of its aluminum and glass railings that will distinctively contribute to the exterior design of the tower. Greco worked closely with the design team as the railings were custom engineered to meet the design specifications of the project.
