ACS Railings is proud to announce another project in collaboration with the San Diego office of Suffolk Construction named 4135 Park Blvd. Flats. Located on the bustling Park Blvd. corridor in San Diego, the project will contain 190 residential units, a coffee shop, hospitality-inspired lobby with co-working space, as well as a pool and top floor club room.
For this project, ACS will not only supply and install the aluminum picket juliette rails and aluminum and glass balcony railings, but will also be responsible for the decorative architectural fins in perforated aluminum, as well as perforated aluminum privacy screens between adjacent balconies.
Designed by architecture firm Studio E, 4135 Park Blvd. Flats will welcome its first tenants in the second half of 2023.
